i am looking for react native JavaScript cross platform developer that will create a small app that will be available on iOS and android. expo you will need to create: 1) image/video picker that will save the it to the app gallery. 2) from gallery you can view the image/video ( play it ). 3) define hotspots by x,y coordinates. basically the user can draw any dynamic shape on the image or any video frame. take in considerations that a frame can contain more than 1 hotspot. i will need to use those x,y coordinates later. mark them in the code. for example video A got 2 hotspots at frame 10 and another 3 hotspots at frame 25. 4) on image/video borders will be 8 buttons ( see attached image ) at this momment they are empty buttons but clickable. 5) horizontal/vertical orientation. take notice of hotspots, image, video and size and scale during the device orientation switch. 6) ignore the toggle button from the attached screenshot 7) the code will be tested on several devices, pls consider screen size. 8) pls keep clean, generic code with separated classes and files.
