Mobile PWA Development: Expense Tracker

I'm seeking a seasoned React developer who can create a small Progressive Web App (PWA) for tracking expenses. The app should include features for income and expense management, document storage, and basic history tracking.
Key Features:
Transaction Tracking: Users can add, update, or delete transactions (income/expenses) and upload attachments.
Daily/Monthly Balance: Automatically calculate carry-forward amounts, total income, and total expenses for both daily and monthly views.
JWT Authentication: Logged-in users can access personalized data, while anonymous users will have restricted access. The system should handle JWT tokens seamlessly.
Document Vault: Users can upload, view, and delete documents with their upload date displayed.
History: A simple read-only page showing recent updates (transaction titles and timestamps).
Mobile-first PWA: The app should be installable on mobile devices and provide a splash screen on load. The desktop view is not a priority; mobile design will be used.
Export to PDF: Allow users to export transaction data to PDF.
Additional Requirements:
Handle different users in different tabs without issues.
Ensure seamless transition between logged-in and anonymous states.

API documentation and implementation is still in progress. I will provide you with mock APIs to start your work. Later we will integrate actual APIs
