Mission Bot

I need a Discord bot that can manage text-based missions for users. The bot should handle the following tasks:

- Posting missions: The bot will post missions that are created by users. When a new mission is posted, the bot should ping users with appropriate roles.
- Closing missions: Users should be able to notify the bot when they have completed a mission or if they were unable to complete it.
- Role pinging: The bot should only ping roles that have been manually specified by the mission poster.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript (Discord.js)
- Previous experience in developing Discord bots
- Knowledge of Discord API
- Ability to implement user role management
- Familiarity with text-based task creation and management.

The bot should be able to handle text-based tasks and users should notify the bot of mission failures through direct messages. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed.
