Minimalist Portfolio Template Build

I need a clean, minimalist template that lets me showcase my projects front-and-center. The final files should be easy for me to edit, fully responsive, and lean on well-structured HTML5, CSS3 (or a lightweight framework such as Tailwind), and vanilla JavaScript for any small interactions.

Core must-haves
