Minimalist Portfolio Site Build

I need a clean, fast-loading personal portfolio built with nothing more than semantic HTML5, efficient CSS3, and a light touch of vanilla JavaScript for subtle interactions such as smooth scrolling or a mobile-friendly menu toggle.

Structure & look
• Sections: About Me, Projects, and Contact are fixed requirements.
• Navigation: a simple top bar that remains easy to read at every breakpoint.
• Palette: a monochrome scheme—black, white, and greyscale accents only—to keep the focus on content.

What matters most is clarity and restraint: generous white space, readable typography (web-safe or Google Fonts), and responsive layouts that hold together from phone to desktop without relying on heavy frameworks.

Deliverables
1. All source files (HTML, CSS, JS) logically organised.
2. One page README with setup/hosting instructions.
3. A quick loom, gif, or screenshot set showing the site in mobile and desktop views.

The finished code should validate, load quickly, and be easy for me to expand later. Feel free to use Flexbox or CSS Grid where helpful, but no build tools or libraries—just pure front-end craftsmanship.
