Migrate wallet extension from version 2 to 3 (Vue2, Chrome Extension, Referencing liquality wallet)

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can update my wallet extension.
Recently, I have made a new wallet extension by referencing liquality wallet (https://github.com/liquality/wallet)
Manifest version is 2, so I need to migrate it to version 3 to upload it to the Google store.
Because of some issues such as security, I can't migrate my wallet extension. Hope anyone help me.

If anyone show the build result of liquality wallet extension with manifest 3, I will pay immediately.
I'm using the liquality wallet source code, so I can use it if you update liquality wallet code and build/import successfully.

First of all, candidates should show the build result (manifest 3) of the liquality wallet to be imported successfully. Then I will pay and you will send the updated codes of liquality wallet.

If anyone already have good experience in this position, I think this will be very ideal and easy part for him.
