Migrate mobile Framework7 project to Bootstrap/js/jQuery

We have a Framework7 project which we would like to migrate to a Bootstrap setup.
Framework7 is a jQuery based framework for webb mobile first applications (please look into framework7.io). It is practical for prototyping, but we need our project to be more dynamic and also match with a web version based on Bootstrap.
The task is to migrate the code to a Bootstrap framework. Very much of the code (javascript and jQuery) can be kept as is. Also the API parts can be left. It is mainly the display parts, showing modals, forms, navigation etc that needs refactoring to match Bootstrap instead of Framework7.
It is also a desire to have the content translateable (e.g. language file, php based?).
First part of the project will just be to make an feasability study to assess the scope of the project. It is a few thousand lines of code, but most can be kept as is. It is essential not to change too much in fact, so that current project coder still can manage the new project.
