Microsoft onenote custom add-in -- 2

I need someone that can make a Microsoft OneNote add-in custom application for me that Can do the following:

1. import folders, files and tabs data from google drive, google sheets
2. format the folders and files in hierarchal order as it will be shown in a video
3. turn all files and folders tabs and data into oneNote organized Section Groups, sections and pages
4. sync data automatically from the google link
