Microsoft Teams App Programmer

I'm looking for a programmer to help with an Microsoft Teams App. The app will contain tab, a bot, configuration/admin center and 5-6 reports/analytics. Free vs Paid features. The app must be published in the MS Store in order to fulfill a contract.
