I am looking for a skilled ReactJS and MUI developer to create a medical website with the following features and requirements:

Features:
- Agency landing page
- Blog
- About
- Multistep register and login process
- Online payment integration

Design Preferences:
- I have some general design preferences, but I am open to suggestions from the freelancer's expertise
- Design should be modern
