Mapbox Wind Animation Expert

I need a Mapbox expert to visualize wind animations from my .nc files. in to my current project.

Requirements:
- Use of Mapbox for visualization
- Ability to animate wind data

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Mapbox
- Experience with wind data visualization
- Familiarity with .nc file format
- Strong animation skills
