Mapbox GL Web Application

We are building a Mapbox GL web application that will need to include various datasources (shaped with corresponding information). The user will need to be able to query the datasets depending on the location on the map, for example if they select within a polygon, the information for that polygon will show. You need to be fluent with Mapbox GL for this project.
