HR Management Web App (MERN Stack)

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an HR Management Web App using the MERN Stack. The app should have the following specific features:
- Employee Management: Ability to add, edit, and delete employee profiles, including their personal information, job details, and department.
- Attendance Tracking: A feature to track and record employee attendance, including clock-in and clock-out times, sick leaves, and vacation days.
- Performance Evaluation: An evaluation system to assess employee performance based on predefined criteria and generate performance reports.
I am open to suggestions for the design and user experience of the web app. While I do not have a preferred design or UX, I am looking for a clean and intuitive interface that is easy to navigate and use.
The timeline for the completion of this project is within 1-2 months. I am looking for a AGENCIES who can deliver a high-quality web app within this timeframe.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
