Making Quiz templates using Javascript,jquery and css

Make quiz templates that can be added to WordPress:
I have 5 basic question templates with different options or variations (check the attachments) like adding an image, audio widgets, multiple input texts, and multiple blanks.
Correct answer the selected answer will appear within a bigger green Box in the blank(s)
Wrong answer: the selected answer will appear within a bigger red Box in the blank(s) and
a message will be displayed
On click or selection :
In case we have one blank:
When we click on one of the answers or the word within a bigger box* will appear instead of the blank space above and the validation will happen simultaneously (the box around will appear in red or green)
In case we have multiple blanks:
the same process as the one blank except the answer(s) will appear in the blank(s) without color and the validation will happen simultaneously with the selection of the last word for the last blank with the responding color.
Animations:
-If the selected answer was correct the text boxes that are in green will have a Heart-Beat animation
-If the selected answer was incorrect the text boxes that are in red will shake
Feature in case of a wrong answer:
an error message will be displayed in case the answer was incorrect
