Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement game mechanics, UI, and networking capabilities to facilitate a seamless 2-player gaming experience.
- Collaborate closely with our blockchain developers to integrate smart contract functionalities, ensuring secure and transparent transactions within the game.
- Optimize the game for performance, ensuring a smooth gaming experience across various devices and platforms.
- Assist in testing and debugging the game to ensure it is bug-free and reliable.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to align the visual elements with the game's retro and i-gaming theme.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with game development libraries such as p5.js and Matter.js.
- Experience with real-time networking libraries like Socket.io for synchronizing game state between players.
