Make mp4 video from multiple images using array in Javascript -- 2

Hello i want to create an mp4 short clip video from selected images picked from array and also download this created video with a download button using only javascript and everytime when i change image in array ..it should create a new video and also downloadable video ....with download button
and i will store this video in mysql database using php ajax javascript
