Make a page for certain users only

I've worked with one other freelancer on this site but he didn't complete the website as his personal life took up too much time.
The website is in react.js and it is an online store.
What happens when you go onto the website is you have to login or register. However after you logged in it redirects to the wrong page. It redirects you to a page where you can add products, when it should redirect you to a page to buy products.
A buying page will be needed and it should only be certain people who are allowed to add products
