Make four animated objects using JQuery

Need to create four objects inside a HTML file that are continuously moving. The first object needs to change it's size on click, while moving your cursor over third object changes it's color. Use strictly JQuery library. The file needs to be zipped as HTML with included JavaScript code. Use strictly hosted (CDN) library.

Considering the amount of work I will pay $10.
Would prefer only fluent English speaking people.
