Make changes to existing queueing website - requirements listed at the bottom

My website is a queueing system that takes a username and places users in a queue. There is a start button that initiates a countdown to complete the task. Once the countdown is complete the user is returned to the homepage and the queue is updated as second moves to first position.
The website is designed using jquery, mongoose database, tailwind.css styling framework, socket.io to emit events that cause such as updating queue order and table output. It also uses hbs template and regex paths to process events and cookies.
What I need is someone who can add a few specific features to the website as a lot of the coding has already been done: Requirements
A jump queue button that places the user who clicks the button in 1st position and moves the other users back a position.
Start button that is only present on the user in position 1’s screen. Currently the start button shows for all users and You must make the button visible only to user in first position.
Remove button on table that removes user from queue/database when button is clicked
Date time stamp for table to indicate time user joined queue.
Most of the coding has been done and only additions need to be made to make extra features work
