Make Changes to My Electron APP

I have an Electron APP and I need slight changes to be made to the APP:
1. My APP runs on older Chromium and it doesn't support container queries (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/CSS_Container_Queries), I need you to make changes to the APP so that it supports container queries.
2. Make the APP launch process faster;
3. Make the APP shortcut creation/installation easier than it is now.
