Mailspring - Offline mode option

Mailspring is an awesome open-source email client, and it handles the offline mode automatically.
But sometimes it is necessary to work offline. For that reason I’m looking for you to modify it to add an option to force the offline mode.
The job is easy: find the code that controls the offline mode and add an extra option to force it, adding a menu option for that, and a simple line on the main window to indicate the offline mode.
