Magento 2 JavaScript Conflict Require js Isotope

I am using some JavaScript code on three separate media image galleries for pages on a Magento 2 website and they are not loading/working.

Your task is to get the three different media image galleries loaded and working.

For one of them, it looks like it's a JavaScript conflict with Require js and Isotope.
