Magento API Javascript

Hello,
We have an HTML/CSS/jQuery design ready for a Cordova based mobile application. We need the following done on it:
1. Integrate with our magento store (have the same features as the magento store)
2. Integrate Mastecard Payment Gateway (MPGS) in Javascript and update Magento Order Payments for it.
Need this done in the next 48 hours.
Please only those apply who already have an experience in this.
