MERN stack developer for a new Web App from scratch

Hey everyone,
We're hiring a MERN stack dev for our new web app for our agency.
The web app function and concept are very similar to Pinterest/Dribbble, will provide more information after we have some communication with qualified dev.
Although this is a full-stack project, we're experimenting with a tool that can export design directly to the front-end code (HTML/CSS/REACT.JS), so this candidate will more focus on the back-end development.
However, high proficiency in Javascript and front-end skill is still required for unexpected situations.
This project could be completed within 2 months and is expected to start in 2 weeks.
