MEAN Developer/JavaScript - Button loading issue - challenge

I have a unique problem on my MEAN website.. it calls III party JavaScript which renders a button.. Sometimes I see some browsers not showing that button.. Refresh (Ctrl-F5) loads it so something with caching.. not sure.

I will love to get help from MEAN/JavaScript expert help. Just help my existing developers to troubleshoot/fix this.
