Looking for a three.js / blender develloper to help me achieve a project already under development

I am develloping an STL / GLB viewer and need help to solve various problem, they can be on the 3D blender setup side or in the Js app
Nothing is big, i need a quick problem solver that would help me , since i am not a develloper to answer quickly to my questions
I am not a develloper but got a good idea about how long things take, so I need somebody honest so i don't waste my time
I have a small budget, so we could work on an hourly basis or per mini task or inquiries
I am talking about 50 per week total, so don't apply if you expect big money
