Looking for skillful programmer for one time work

Hi, looking for a programmer who could make an account-checker. Nothing difficult, just take account in format user:pass from .txt file and try to log in on the website. If works. save to file else skip
Does not really care about language and dont need GUI or exe ( only if you are fine to make one )it is faster
