Looking for professional Vue expert to solve the textarea issue

This is ongoing vue project.
We are going to add customized Textarea element into form.
TextArea should be extended towards up and resized automatically while typing
There is mock up video how the textarea should work.
So I am looking for professional vue expert experienced in customizing the TextArea
