Looking for long-term cooperation in SaaS project

I am looking for Frontend (could be fullstack) developer who would be willing to work with me (founder) of the startup on an MVP of a SaaS project. The stack so far is following:
* React
* Firebase
I am using one of the admin templates that I bought, so the CSS is there.
Looking for developers of up to $10/h range. First couple of assignments will be fixed price, and if the trust is built - we will switch into T&M.
