Looking for long term Ember.js developer

We are looking for a long-term Ember.js developer to help us with our current project. Our focus is on fixing bugs and improving existing features. We currently use Ember.js, so experience with the framework is necessary. We require a mid-level developer with the following skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in Ember.js
- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
- Experience with Git version control
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
