Looking for a game developer

A developer of Game require to do some edit's , Create an extension that listens. Take the fetch and send the data (the key of json?h=xxx... , section id, army id, signature etc) to an exterior AHK program. Then the AHK program make the calculations, creates the command for the siege/defence and send it to server.
