The developer has to be fully knowledgeable about web technologies such as Php, Laravel, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
For Hybrid App again developer has to have full knowledge about React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.
This is a two parts job.
1st part :
On the website, the messaging section working already with full functionality. But look messy and not too much user-friendly. We need a new clean look and some little additions ( mockups are going to provide to the developer) for this section.
2nd Part:
Develop a fully integrated Hybrid App for the site.
The time frame is 4 to 6 weeks.
