Looking for a frontend web developer to make Reactive app like outlook

I am looking for a frontend web developer who can create a reactive app that looks like Outlook. The ideal candidate should have experience in JavaScript and be able to develop reactive components using a stylesheet. I have built the backend and looking for a frontend developer that can do the work.

I have a design or wireframe ready for the app, so the developer will be able to follow that.
