We need to evaluate a project and create a prototype of an extension that can monitor user traffic and submit anonymized data to our backend services.
There is a set of questions here that we need an expert to answer us

- how to implement this transparent for the user?
- what can we use as a stimulus for a user to install it?
If this is feasible, we want a simple prototype developed and published.
