Looking for Talented React Developer for CV Builder Project

I want to have a CV/Resume Builder website developed. I have a licensed purchased script. The person selling the script says the following skills are needed to develop the script: Javascript, React, Node.js, Puppeteer, Firebase, State Management.

I understand that my example consists of 2 separate parts, html (frontend) and editor (backend). i'm talking about backend part. (cv builder/editor part)
but what I'd like to do is develop it further with the features I want. To this end, I'm looking for a developer with the above mentioned capabilities.
