Looking for React / Material UI frontend developer.

I am looking for a React / Material UI frontend developer with intermediate experience to work on a web project. The complexity of the project is expected to be at an intermediate level, so I'm seeking someone who can handle more complex coding tasks. The project will be used on the web, so the developer should have experience in this environment. Additionally, the development methodology used will be Test-driven development, so someone with this experience would be ideal. Experience with React, Material UI, OpenAI, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Test-driven development is a must. An ability to deliver quality results on time is important and any other additional related skills would be a bonus.
