Looking for a React/CSS wizard to polish up our map editor

Looking for a developer that is comfortable with flexbox and modern CSS. We have a react app that lets users build their own map and see it on a poster frame. The poster frame needs to be polished up and some frame layouts need created that overlay the poster.
