Lokking for someone that is very advanced with animations and front end

Hello, I want to hire someone that is very good at doing the front end. I already have UI and backend developer done. I am building a CSGO gambling website and the main focus will be on animations becuase I will have much of them but also the whole front end. I am not looking for any Pakistani guy that believes he can do the job, I want a real professional.
