Live Scoring App for Pickleball

I'm seeking a developer to create a live scoring application for pickleball. The scores will be inputted via a tablet by referees. The app should be compatible with both Android and iOS platforms. The scores need to be visable by a central controller (tournament dashboard), displayed online via a widget or dedicated site, displayed as an overlay for live streaming. The scores also need to be saved to an exportable results file.
