Live Election Results Dashboard

I'm looking to build a live dashboard that will display the results of both the Presidential and Local elections in real-time.
Key Requirements:
- I need the dashboard to be able to pull data from reliable sources(officials in polling station in an excel form) and refresh the data in real-time. This will facilitate the display of accurate and up-to-date results.
- The design of the dashboard should be clean,animated,interactive, intuitive and easy to understand for users. It needs to be able to show data for both elections simultaneously with the help of a switcher between the two pages.
- The dashboard should be mobile responsive, so that it can be viewed on various devices with ease.
- The security of the data is paramount, so it's important that the dashboard is developed with necessary security measures in place. This is to secure the data which officials input and populate for sharing.
- The dashboard will be publicly accessible so it should be able to handle a high volume of traffic.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web development, particularly in creating real-time data visualization.
- Previous experience in creating dashboards for live events or elections would be a big plus.
- Knowledge of data security protocols to ensure the dashboard is protected from any potential threats.
- Strong UI/UX skills to design an appealing and user-friendly interface for the dashboard.
- Experience in developing mobile responsive websites.
