A customer service system designed for receiving and sending text messages and images, integrating messages from various platforms such as web, Telegram, and FB Messenger.
1. Programming Language Requirements
- The backend to be developed using Node.js + Express.
- The frontend to be developed using VUEJS (Vue3), with a basic template provided for development.
2. Functionality Description
- The backend name is controlled by .env and set during machine deployment.
- Limit the number of customers that can be served at the same time, with this number controlled by .env and set during deployment.
- The backend can be configured to enable translation; if enabled, it requires selecting the translation languages for the backend and the customer.
- Integration with OPENAI's API is necessary, with the ability to configure prompts/API KEY in the backend.
- Integration with Google Translator's API is required, with the ability to configure the API KEY in the backend.
- For the customer's web interface, provide both embedded and pop-up display pages, developed using vuejs (vue3) + websocket.
- For the customer's Telegram interface, integrate with Telegram's bot, allowing BOT token configuration in the backend.
- For the customer's FB Messenger interface, integrate with FB Messenger's bot, allowing for backend configurations.
- There's no need to undertake translation tasks, but hope to reserve at least two language options in Vue.js, which I will translate myself.
3. Project Completion Requirements
- Provide complete source code that can be executed and deployed.
- Provide a deployment guide.
- Code for main features must include comment explanations for clarity.
