List Map Marker Values Below Leaflet Map

I am currently using KMZ files to create a few of my maps. I want to add a circle marker to the map. I also want to print the tooltip values from the map for the marker or markers below the map. Any script will need to work with my current code. I don't want to have to click the marker to show the values. I just want them listed. Please ask if you are unsure about this project. I will provide a working example of the map with code.
