Libraries migration from Leaflet to CesiumJS / Maplire GLJS / OpenLayers

I'm seeking an experienced developer to migrate our indoor mapping application from Leaflet to One of them for -- Mapbox GL JS / CesiumJS / Maplire GLJS / Openlayers
Current System:
- Uses Leaflet to render shapefiles from GIS platforms (ESRI, QGIS) as raster tiles.
- SQL database is Spatialite.
- Supports both 2D only
Key Requirements:
- Preserve all existing functionalities, including:
- Interactive elements: zoom, pan, highlight
- Custom markers, tooltips, and popups on feature clicks
- Routes between points, multi-floor routing, and layer switching
- Any additional UI or data overlays
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Mapbox GL JS or CEsiumJS or Maplibre GLJS or Openlayers
