Lexical Editor Integration in Next.js

Need a Lexical Editor integrated in a fresh Next.js project using Tailwind UI. This editor must include all features from the Lexical Playground, and it should allow users to preview content in HTML and export it in various formats like PDF, Markdown, and .docx.

Requirements:
- Full integration of Lexical Editor with all features from its Playground.
