Leaflet map svg to geojson - 1) static basic data, 2) detailed dynamically called data

This is a one-off job to extract a geojson object from an svg overlay from an internal web map.
1 - static data
The existing svg object is called via a leaflet-overlay-pane. The static data consists of a number of hexagons with a color attribute. We want to extract these as a geojson object at the lowest zoom level.
2 - dynamic data
The svg hexagons are further populated with more data based on the hover functionality which makes a call to the database for each object. A scrape of this data into a geojson file would involve highlighting each of these hexagons in the map and collecting that data.
We are looking for a quote for each deliverable with a minimum deliverable being the No1 static data. If possible, please provide a quote for each. A login and website access will be provided.
