Lazy load entire div via ajax in Oxygen builder

I have a plugin to lazy load the reusable parts for oxygen builder, but it only works with very simple parts. I need to extend the features so I can lazy load any reusable oxygen part.

Must have your own oxygen demo
The completed plugin must lazy load any reusable part, simple or complex.
Please mention you actually read this job. I dont like all the auto responder bots in this site.
