Landing page for Google Chrome Extension

Hi there, i have had a chrome extension made that i would like set up a landing page for.

I have stripe and need the following
- Setup a license key system for subscription to the extension
- Add Chrome extensions to the chrome store
- Build a landing page for the extensions
