- Proven experience handling and converting Autodesk Maya (.mb) 3D ANIMATED files into Blender or web-ready formats (such as .glb or .usdz)
- Strong understanding of 3D animation workflows and ability to optimize Maya-based assets for use on the web
- Ability to deliver a smooth, scroll-synced 3D animation across modern browsers and devices
