Landing Page Builder & Hosting Expert Assistant required to work Realtime

About the role
Help me stand up placeholder websites and simple 3D/UI demos while the final product is in progress. You’ll be hands-on in my accounts (screen-sharing, real-time), coordinating with other devs/designers.
What you’ll do (day-to-day)-------------------------
Set up domains/DNS on GoDaddy (A/AAAA, CNAME, 301 redirects, HTTPS).
Spin up lightweight sites on Vercel/Netlify/Cloudflare Pages from a repo.
Build simple landing pages (HTML/CSS/JS/React) with basic SEO/analytics.
Add placeholder assets: wordmark, color themes, hero sections, icons.
Integrate a basic Three.js/GLB “floating cuboid” (idle loop + one color toggle).
Coordinate in chat/meet calls with my other vendors (3D, backend, design).
Document what you ship (README, checklists).
Must-have skills----------------
Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React a plus).
Hosting/DevOps lite: Vercel/Netlify, environment variables, redirects.
GoDaddy DNS basics (A/CNAME, SSL, WWW/non-WWW).
Three.js basics OR comfort embedding a provided GLB/glTF.
Figma/Canva for quick placeholder graphics (logos, favicons, social tiles).
Clear English, proactive async updates.
Nice-to-haves-----------------------------------------
Blender/Cinema4D basics (exporting GLB), Lottie/After Effects exports.
Lightweight API wiring (fetch, simple forms, mailto).
Logistics-------------------------------------------------
Rate: $10–$15/hr to start.
Hours: flexible, real-time screen-share sessions (no take-home backlog).
Tools: GitHub, Vercel/Netlify, GoDaddy, Slack/Meet/Zoom.
Security & Legal (required)----------------------------------------------------------
Sign NDA and follow least-privilege access; no credential reuse.
Work performed is work-for-hire, IP assigned to Cubiqo United Inc.
No third-party assets without written approval and transferable licenses.
