WebOS based Digital Signage

I need someone to make a Digital Signage Player for webOS. The CMS would be provided by Xibo Digital signage which is PHP based. Also there are step by step instruction provided by the company itself about how to develop the player and handle data from backend. The player would be developed on plain Javascript and Jquery. This would need good knowledge of Javascript. The work needs to be completed in a certain timeframe. Thank you.
